Australian cricketers, involved in the suspended IPL, will soon travel to Maldives in a chartered journey and wait here till Australia starts its borders to receive them, the official said on Wednesday.

Australian continent features sealed its edges to travellers from India until May 15 due to the devastating second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic that pushed the postponement regarding the League.The 38-member Australian contingent which has  players, coaches, umpires and commentators, decided to wait in Maldives until the boundaries re-open.
