Covid: Toll in Mumbai Police force now 102

MUMBAI: A 56-year-old constable associated with the Mumbai Police passed away of coronavirus illness on Thursday.
The constable, who was affixed with all the DN Nagar police place had been undergoing therapy at BSES hospital.
He had tested positive for the infection on April 7.
The cop ended up being moved toward intensive care device (ICU) on April 12 after his condition deteriorated.
“He had been wear a ventilator in the beginning April 15 and passed away into the afternoon. He had been supposed to join responsibility 2 days before he was tested good. He had been on a long leave,” said a police officer.
With this, the Covid-19 cost in Mumbai Police force went to 102, he said.
