HC adjourns hearing on bail plea of Aryan Khan, Judge states ‘Tomorrow we will try to complete it’
Bombay High Court on Wednesday (October 27) adjourned the hearing on the bail application of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchantt, in connection with the drugs on cruise case, till October 28. “The arguments of lawyers of implicated number 1, 2 and 3 have actually concluded today. The hearing is arranged for 3 pm tomorrow for further arguments,” Munmun Dhamecha’s legal representative Kaashif Khan Deshmukh informed the media after the conclusion of the hearing today.
Following the conclusion of the arguments provided by attorneys of the three implicated, Additional Lawyer General of India (ASG) Anil Singh, who is representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), will react to their arguments in the court tomorrow. After the hearing which went on for over 2 hours, Justice Sambre said he would hear Anil Singh on Thursday. “Tomorrow we will attempt to complete it,” the judge stated.
Following this, Aryan Khan moved a bail application in the Bombay High Court versus the NDPS court order on his bail rejection.
