Kanye West Under Investigation For Battery after he supposedly punched a fan in the face. According to reports KanYe was in Los Angeles when a fan approached him and requested a sign when he was leaving a club.

Ye got upset, jumped out of his automobile and punched him in the face, and then drove off.

TMZ gotten video footage that shows Ye and to others approaching a white car. Ye can be heard stating “Did y’ all state that or not? Did y’ all state that or not? ‘Cause that’s what occurred best f * cking now.”

The clip was apparently after the occurrence. A misdemeanor battery charge in California is “punishable by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000), or by imprisonment in a county prison not surpassing 6 months, or by both that fine and jail time.”

Ye was simply revealed as one of the headliners for the upcoming Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which is set up to take place in April.
