Sheffield Wednesday supervisor Darren Moore develops pneumonia after COVID-19 infection
Sheffield Wednesday supervisor Darren Moore has continued to develop pneumonia and bloodstream clots on his lungs after a recent coronavirus illness.
The 46-year-old Moore returned through the prerequisite COVID-19 isolation duration on Monday but said he thought disquiet next evening following Owls’ 2-0 loss to Swansea inside 2nd division.
“i’ve developed pneumonia because of COVID-19, with bloodstream clots from the lung area and extreme vexation,”
Moore stated in a club statement late Thursday.
Moore, a former defender just who played quickly for Jamaica’s nationwide group, will today miss additional time from relegation-threatened Championship club, which hosts Bristol at Hillsborough on Saturday.
“i will be gutted to-be away but i am aware the situation together with strategy I must take,” he said.
