‘We Are Not Stopping.’ U.N. Team Continues to Nuclear Plant

Rafael M. Grossi, the International Atomic Energy Agency’s secretary general, told reporters he had been briefed on the increased shelling in the region between the Russian and Ukrainian armies. Mr. Grossi said his team would proceed to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
